Private Intuition Painting
Intuition Painting® is used by artists and non-artists alike to release themselves from feeling stuck, tap into creative flow, let go of old trauma, regain grounding, and find clarity. If you are unable to join a scheduled class, workshop, or retreat, or simply prefer more privacy, we can work one-on-one either in person or online via videoconferencing.

Using a tailored combination of Intuition Painting® and Coaching, I will support you in growth and healing, so that you feel re-inspired with confidence and hope, and can let go of things that are not serving you.

Here's how it works:
You will read the introductory primer to Intuition Painting® in advance of our 1st session:
You will have information about:
What supplies and simple set up you will need
Where you can get supplies
How to prepare your space
What technology you will need to participate
In advance of the sessions, you will receive a link to join me online.
We will create intentions for your painting process and work towards those goals in particular.
Each session will include guidance, creativity coaching, relaxing meditations, and intuitive painting. We will work to release fears, inner criticism, perfection, the need for control and more. Each successive session will build upon the last and go deeper into the painting you were working on the previous week.
We will close each session with a check-in and processing to decode the meanings and insights from your paintings.
