Hi. I’m Montine.
Certified Transformational Coach, ICF, IMBA, PFTS Master Facilitator & Lead Trainer of Intuition Painting®, Founder of Life is an Art
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Montine Blank, and for over 26 years I’ve been devoted to helping people come home to themselves through creative awakening. As the founder of Life is an Art and Master Facilitator and lead trainer of Intuition Painting®, I guide individuals and groups into deeper alignment with their truth, their artistry, and their intuition.
My journey with Intuition Painting® began over two decades ago. I trained for two years with Painting from the Source founder Aviva Gold and followed that with an intensive two-year self-apprenticeship, immersing myself in the sacred art of non-directive creative facilitation. What emerged is a body of work that’s as transformational as it is intuitive, rooted in deep trust and guided by the soul.
Since then, I’ve led countless destination retreats, powerful online immersions, and intimate private sessions. I’ve designed team-building programs for organizations seeking more heart and cohesion. I’ve facilitated veterans returning to their inner landscapes. I’ve mentored facilitators, created scholarship opportunities to expand access to the work, and continue to hold space for people navigating profound life transitions.
Before I became a guide for intuitive art and transformational process, I built an eclectic professional life—serving as a corporate executive, launching successful startups, mentoring entrepreneurs, and leading global communications for major brands. Those years taught me how to walk between worlds. Today, I bring that breadth of lived experience into every circle I hold and every individual I serve.
I know what it takes to rise from challenge, to reclaim your voice, and to live a creative, meaningful life. My clients know me as someone who walks her talk—embodied, aligned, and unwavering in my devotion to the transformative power of this work. I hold space with depth and clarity, and I meet you exactly where you are.
This isn’t just art—it’s a path to yourself. It’s a remembering. A homecoming.
If something in you is stirring, pulling, waking up—I invite you to follow it. Let’s discover what’s possible when you say yes to your creativity, your truth, and your becoming. I would be honored to support you.
Let’s explore how this work can best serve you.
You’re warmly invited to reach out, explore a session, or join one of the upcoming experiences. Your next powerful chapter may begin right here.
“I just love Montine. She is that rare gift of honoring, listening, seeing, knowing, and engaging us to grow at our own pace however we need. With her, the scariness in looking at our darker places is all OK and becomes something we grow to look forward to. Gentle, wise, and fiery, amazing healing alchemy is Montine.”
“Intuition Painting is exactly what I needed...a respite, freedom, a container and community to hold all the feelings! Montine is a beautiful, honest soul and so easy to work with.”

Background & Education
In addition to my Intuitive Process Painting facilitator certification, I earned a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, hold a Master in International Business from the Moore School, USC, and completed a robust Transformational Coaching Certification.
Prior to focusing on Intuition Painting®, I led Executive Training and Change Management with Accenture, a large consulting corporation, and built a number of businesses of my own. Having a penchant for creating unique, community-supporting upstarts, I founded The Green Half, GreenPlate, T-Shirt Construction Co., The More You,Green Kid Parties, RealM Gallery, and CraZy MoOn ArT RoOm — all businesses that afforded out-of-the-box thinkers an opportunity to find good, right, and fun in one place.
Detailed Work Experience
I spent eight years working for Accenture out of the US and London creating and delivering internal Executive Leadership training programs, consulting with telecommunications and technology clients, designing and developing performance management systems, managing strategic global internal communications, and moving employees swiftly through comprehensive change programs.
I also served as Executive Account Director with Big Fuel, a Publicis Groupe company, leading Samsung’s Global social media footprint, JP Morgan Chase social media strategies, and Anheuser-Busch social media campaigns.
Prior to that, I launched The Green Half, a thriving online business with 10,000 subscribers who frequented the site to purchase gift cards to sustainable businesses, while supporting local non-profits. Before being sold to Cumulus Media, The Green Half was originally linked to GreenPlate, Inc., a non-profit organization I co-launched which was aimed at the reduction of disposable plastics consumption.
In the decade previous, I served as Regional Director for Ladies Who Launch, mentoring female entrepreneurs with their startup launches. Personally, I concepted and created three one-of-a-kind art businesses, CraZy MoOn ArT RoOM, T-Shirt Construction Co., and Paint Awake – each applauded in the press for value and ingenuity. T-Shirt Construction Co. was rated 2006 Critic’s Pick for best in New Art Trends by the Creative Loafing and voted top 100 “IT” List by Sunday Paper.
From international satellite training and communications projects to unique retail shops, I have enjoyed the challenges and rewards of launching success. My breadth of experience allows me to speak from personal experience when addressing my clients' visions, goals, and concerns.
